Amazon expands return options in Toronto

Customers can now return items at Staples stores

Dozens of returned products were found for sale at two Toronto locations

Amazon customers in Toronto now have more options for returning items, thanks to a new partnership with Staples. Customers can now return items at any of the 10 Staples stores in the city, after generating a QR code by visiting the Amazon website or mobile app.

This is a welcome addition to Amazon's return options in Toronto, as it gives customers more convenient locations to return items. Previously, customers could only return items at Amazon's own return centre in Mississauga, or by mail.
